Outsourcing and managed services are being increasingly adopted by companies. By outsourcing their infrastructure management to a provider, companies have several expectations:
Improved quality of service.
Cost-efficient approach to their operations.
Better capacity to handle technological complexity
Allocate their workforce to their core business.
Some organizations are anxious not to loose control of their information system or are not happy to be bound to a framework that would not fit their requirements of responsiveness.
Companies want a highly responsive service, 24/7 availability with on-site delivery at short notice. They want full control over infrastructure while sub-contracting all implementation constraints (training, dedicated taskforce, technology investment...).
The Axians Managed Services (AMS) offering has been designed to meet these challenges and provide a sound alternative to full outsourcing.
The AMS levels of service
