Quality of service is a top priority for AXIANS. Such service excellence combined with expertise in networking gained AXIANS the membership of the ServiceOne Alliance.

Created in June 2004 by Affiniti (Kingston Communications group), ServiceOne Alliance federates, on a worldwide scale, the resources and proficiency of 15 network integrators, renowned for their technical expertise in their countries and contractually bound towards the same objective: Customer Satisfaction.

AXIANS France is the official representative of ServiceOne Alliance in France since February 2006, and is the second subsidiary of the Group, after Germany, to join this network of excellence.

Covering 33 countries, ServiceOne Alliance today boasts of more than 1300 accredited engineers, including 100 CCIE (the highest level of Cisco network certification) engineers. Services cover design, deployment and maintenance of network solutions and equipments from more than 20 vendors.

According to the alliance mission statement, the members commit to deliver a standardized level of service excellence in their own countries. Each one is also committed to maintaining the highest level of certification and accreditation from networking companies.
