VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022. Today, S&T in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro has been rebranded to Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies.
