NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

Non-compliance
Several elements of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which are recurrent on several pages:
- Images do not have relevant alternatives.
- Some informative images are missing textual alternatives (alt text).
- Some <frame> or <iframe> elements do not have a title attribute.
- Certain text colors lack sufficient contrast against their background.
- Some visual component colors are not sufficiently contrasted with their background.
- Some links, even when considered in context, do not clearly describe their purpose or destination.
- Some links do not have accessible labels.
- Certain scripts cannot be rendered or interpreted by assistive technologies.
- Some scripts are not operable via keyboard.
- Some status messages are not properly announced by assistive technologies.
- Several pages do not comply with formal HTML specifications (e.g., missing opening/closing tags, duplicate attributes, non-unique IDs).
- Some page titles do not accurately describe the content or purpose of the page.
- Some language changes are not programmatically indicated.
- Certain semantic HTML elements are misused for purely presentational purposes.
- On some pages, information is not structured with appropriate heading levels.
- Some pages lack ARIA landmark roles to define their regions.
- Some lists are not marked up with proper list tags (<ul>, <ol>, <li>).
- Some content is conveyed only by shape, size, or spatial position.
- Certain information disappears when CSS is disabled.
- Some elements define a foreground color without also defining a background color (or vice versa), which can affect readability.
- Some links rely solely on color to be visually distinguished, which is not accessible to users with color vision deficiencies.
- Focus indicators are missing, making it difficult for keyboard users to track their position on the site.
- Some content becomes clipped or overlaps when users adjust text spacing.
- Some form fields do not have associated <label> elements.
- Some form fields lack constraints or proper validation for expected input.
- Some form inputs do not use the correct autocomplete attribute values to support user data entry.
- Some page regions are not identified with appropriate ARIA landmark roles.
- Some pages do not provide a functioning “skip to main content” link.
- On certain pages, the tab order does not follow the visual or logical reading sequence.
- Some automatically moving, blinking, or scrolling content cannot be paused, stopped, or hidden by the user.
