At its core is an SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud environment that manages supply chain, omnichannel commerce, and financial integrations. 

The Business Applications team supports key retail processes, from purchasing to logistics and sales, but as the company grew, managing this system became more complex. With multiple partners and teams across Paris, Morocco, and Brazil, aligning development and scaling capacity proved difficult, affecting responsiveness to demand.

Our challenges were first to harmonize estimation, development and documentation practices in a context of multiple partners, and we were also lacking flexibility when we needed to add capacity quickly to support high demand on complex projects.
