The group has 240 employees and will strengthen the presence and offering of Axians, VINCI Energies’ ICT (information and communication technology) brand.

“The addition of the redtoo group means we now occupy a strong position in the ICT solutions market. This will enable us to fully exploit the synergy potential between our ETAVIS, Actemium and Axians brands in order to help our customers deploy new technologies and implement the digital transformation of their businesses, also known as Industry 4.0”, explains Thomas Ernst, CEO of VINCI Energies Switzerland.
